Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the Windsor Furniture Co. website (the "Site") and to orders placed through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Products, Pricing, and Availability

• We work to show accurate descriptions, photos, prices, and stock. Colors and finishes can look different on screen than in person.
• Stock shown online is updated regularly but can change, since pieces also sell in our showroom. If an item you ordered is no longer available, we will contact you and refund that item in full.
• If a price or description is shown in error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you, even after it has been placed.
• Missouri and local sales tax is added at checkout.

Orders and Payment

• Your order is confirmed once your payment is approved and you receive our confirmation email.
• Online orders are paid through our payment processor, Stripe: in full by card, or with a Klarna, Affirm, or Afterpay payment plan where your order qualifies. Payment plans are offered and approved by those companies under their own terms.
• Your full total, including sales tax and any delivery fee, is shown on the review screen before you pay.
• Lease-to-own through Acima and our in-store layaway plan are arranged separately; see our Financing page.

Delivery and Pickup

• After you order, our team will contact you to schedule your delivery or pickup.
• For delivery, please make sure someone 18 or older is present and that the piece will fit through doorways, hallways, and stairs.
• For pickup, we will let you know when your order is ready at our store at 110 N. Main St., Windsor, MO 65360.

Cancellations, Returns, and Damage

If you need to change or cancel an order, or if anything arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at 660-647-3113. We will work with you, and the manufacturer where a warranty applies, to make it right.

Accounts

If you create an account, please keep your sign-in details private and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend accounts that are used to abuse the Site.

Using the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by:

• attempting to access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours
• interfering with the Site's operation or security
• using bots or scrapers to copy content or place orders
• using the Site for anything unlawful

Content and Trademarks

The Site's content, including text, photos, and our logo, belongs to Windsor Furniture Co. or is used with permission. Brand names and logos of the manufacturers we carry belong to their owners.

Links to Other Sites

The Site links to other websites, such as manufacturers, Acima, and Google. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where one is provided. Otherwise, to the extent allowed by law, the Site is provided "as is," and Windsor Furniture Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Missouri law that cannot be waived.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Henry County, Missouri.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply to orders placed after they are posted here, and the date at the top shows the latest version.
